Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
4 spons of butter
4 tablespoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
Milk as needed

Preheat oven to 180° for 15 mins.
Tip the flour into a bowl with the salt and the baking powder. Mix and add the melted butter and rub in with your fingers. Add the milk and rub in until the mix looks like a paste form.
Scatter some flour onto the work surface and tip the doug out. Strecht it with a rolling pin and with an edged cutter (maybe also a glass) cut the scons in the form you wish.
