I give you a very effective and efficient advice

Prepare a tea with:
2 cups of water
10 to 15 leaves of mint
1.5 inches of ginger
Pour the water in a regular pot and add all the
ingredients. Bring it to boil. Then add ¼ cup of lemon juice. If you wish to sweeten it add 1 teaspoon of
honey. Drinking warm.
